You will feel more fulfilled and energized and aware of everything going on around you. There are very many things you can do to keep your mind occupied if the idea of exercising is not your type of palate. You can take on cooking classes, perhaps try your hand at painting, just anything that is positive to the mind and soul. Being idle and lazy will get you back the beginning.
